I do recommend this type of work to those who are experienced with working with Intranquil Spirits. Also, there is a prayer behind this candle that can be recited to assist with your candle work. The prayer calls for 21 days of keeping a flame/candle lit for the 7 intranquil spirits. I would recommend buying at least three of these Novenas to achieve this. Although these Novenas are meant to burn for 7 days they burn more quickly at times.
